In today's real estate market, buyers are strongly
advised to get pre-qualified or better yet get pre-approved before submitting
any offer. Being pre-qualified or pre-approved, not only will your offer look
stronger to the sellers, but once in contract, you loan process will be much
smoother.
You may complete the
loan application in one of two ways:
- Print and fax
- Print the application
along with the disclosure forms
- Fax the completed forms to: 925-226-4008
- Over the Phone
- Call Kyle at 925-719-0972 to complete the loan application over the
phone.

To expedite the
processing of your loan, please provide the following documents:
- Salaried Employee
- Last two years W-2's
- One month of pay stubs
- Two months of bank statements (checking, savings, stocks, 401K, etc...)
- Rental agreements if applicable
- If not a U.S. citizen
- Copy of green card (front & back) or
- Copy H-1 or L-1 visa if not a permanent resident
- Self-Employed
- Last two years federal tax returns
- YTD profit and loss statement
- Everything under Salaried Employee (except for W-2's and pay stubs)
